All six pieces share one upgrade ladder. Each piece boosts both attack and defense of its troop class, and charms boost both health and lethality. Gear unlocks at TC 22, charms at TC 25. One source treats charm level 21 as the current cap; we include level 22 because the official wiki and both community databases list it. We cross-validated the data across three sources and verified the totals against independently published sums.
